Terms of Service

This agreement shall be by and between website visitor or user (“You”) and All Our Affairs, LLC, (“The Company” or “We”) owner of AllMyAffairs.com (“the website” or “the site”) and contents therein.  All Our Affairs, LLC is a Minnesota, United States, Limited Liability Company. User is assumed to be a United Statesresident located within the United States. Any use by a non USresident shall be at his or her own risk.

Recovery Causes

100% of the listed commissions from referring users to merchant partner sites shall be given to the recovery causes chosen by AllMyAffairs.com members. Payments are made in accordance with the percentage of members choosing a particular cause. All Our Affairs, LLC reserves the right, but is not required, to factor length of member’s membership, total dollar value contribution, total site activity, and any and all other factors that it, in its sole discretion, deems relevant. The final percentage for each cause shall be determined by All Our Affairs, LLC. Payments will be made to recovery causes quarterly. Payments, therefore, will be made on or about April 1 for the first quarter, August 1 for the second quarter, November 1 for the third quarter, and February 1 for the fourth quarter. Any organization contributing to the cause of recovery may be considered to be a listed recovery cause. All Our Affairs, LLC reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine which causes shall be listed on AllMyAffairs.com. Furthermore, The Company shall decide, in its sole discretion, which causes to work with on an ongoing basis.

Merchant Partners

We have an affiliate relationship with the merchants presented at our site. They are not responsible for the content or functioning of AllMyAffairs.com nor are we responsible for their content or functioning. We are compensated when You make a purchase at their site or become a qualified lead at their site. Although we do our best to present quality, reputable merchants, we do not make any claims, nor are we responsible for, the quality of their products or services.

Content and Member/Visitor Conduct

No profane content shall be submitted or uploaded to the site. This shall include, but not be limited to profane, abusive, or harassing writings or images. All Our Affairs, LLC shall, in its sole and final discretion, determine the suitability of content. All content, including writings or images, submitted or uploaded to the website becomes property of All Our Affairs, LLC. Viewers, users, visitors and members of this site are free to use written content in accordance with the Creative Commons Attribution-Noncommercial-No Derivative Works 3.0 United States License which can be found here.  In addition, all web based attribution shall include a link to AllMyAffairs.com.

We may, in the event of any above listed or any other breach of the terms of use, but are not obligated to:

• Record any content, dialogue, or pages throughout The Site.


• Remove communications which are abusive, illegal, or disruptive, or that otherwise fail to conform with the Terms of Use.


• Terminate a User's access.


• Monitor, edit, or disclose any communication.


• Edit or delete any communication(s) posted on The Site, regardless of whether such communication(s) violate these standards.

AllMyAffairs.com and All Our Affairs, LLC reserve the right to take any actions necessary to ensure personal safety of all members and visitors.
